this isn’t exactly baking/cooking but since it’s food,i might as well post it up here…
have been having only GREENS for my meal on every monday since 3 weeks ago.yup,i eat only greens/vegetables.no meat!no fish!for all 3 meals – breakfast,lunch,dinner
made a gigantic salad for kx recently and he likes it!of course,i added lots of heathly yummy ingredients
on the left – my first bowl of salad
raisins
mandarin orange
cheese
cabbage
egg
mustard sauce
on the right – my latest creation

tofu
cranberry
mustard sauce
as each week goes by,i add more and more ingredients to my salad.haha..
this is such a boring post
=)
will start baking something soon..
